Our Hazel and Hawthorn are home in Colorado and are the most sweet, loving puppies!! When we picked them up they were beautifully groomed, had all their shots, a bag of toys for the 12 hour trip and were ready to travel! Bethany and John had sent many photos and videos almost every day so we could watch them grow until we could get to Missouri to pick them up, so we loved them already . Bethany and John are so sweet and loving, so their puppies are too! Quite well behaved from the moment we took them into our arms! The trip was easy as they happily slept on our granddaughters laps the whole trip. They went potty when we stopped and seemed so calm and sweet even though they were leaving their happy home! We would urge anyone wanting a poodle or schnauzer to get one of Bethany's. When they are loved and trained by loving owners they are loving, easy-to-train puppies! We are so thrilled with our Schnauzer puppy from Bethany and John. Our whole experience was wonderful. Bethany responded immediately to any questions we had and sent pictures and videos of our puppy right up until we picked him up at 8 weeks. They even provided a food, toys and more gift bag at our “pick up” visit. I would (and have) recommend them highly. Fantastic people and wonderful, loving breeders!

Geo (formerly Thistle) is my heart dog and really the perfect family member for us! He has a gentle and playful temperament and is a wise little soul. People who meet him cannot believe he is only an 8 month old puppy. I think this attests to John and Bethany’s love, socializing, and breeding practices. From the first photo I saw of the poodle litter born on 1.22.23 I was hooked. Bethany and John are amazing people who raise outstanding dogs! Ever question I asked was answered quickly and so very kindly! After a very long 9 week wait, I picked up my puppy. Boston is the most loving, socialized, healthy, funny, smart puppy!! I absolutely recommend for purchase of a well behaved beautiful and healthy puppy. They are a loving family on a beautiful farm where all 2 and 4 legged creatures are treated with the most love and respect anyone could ask for. Oh, and if you need a groomer, they do a wonderful job at that as well. Bethany has the most patience with scared animals here for a groom and is wonderful with any and all of them!

I was recommended Bethany and John by a friend who has one of their amazing poodles. I looked at their page and fell head over heels for Affirmed (now Alpine) and messaged immediately. To say I was blown away by how wonderful they are is an understatement. Everything from the quick responses to the questions answered went above and beyond. When I went to pick up my little guy I saw that he was so loved on the beautiful farm they share with animals of all kinds. I knew they were special but to see them with all of their animals let me know how truly amazing they are. I met Alpine’s parents and knew without a doubt I made the right choice. When we got home he was nothing short of wonderful. I get compliments on his temperament everywhere we go! That is a testament to all of the love and hard work they put in to raise the best pups around. I not only got the puppy of my dreams but I made lifelong friends!

To say I am happy with my standard poodle from Abundant Joy Poodles and Schnauzers would be the biggest understatement of a lifetime. Bethany and John go above and beyond, not only for their puppies, but for their puppies families as well. Winston is a dream come true. He is smart, well mannered and came home already knowing his name, well started on potty training and knowing some tricks. I couldn’t recommend Bethany and John more and would never consider going anywhere else for my next puppy when the time comes. In the hands of anyone else, I think I would have lost my mind. From transportation issues to crossing the border hiccups, we faced a few bumps along the way, but Bethany and John worked with me and supported me every step of the way. It’s refreshing and rare to find people who care as deeply as these incredible people do and I will be forever grateful that I found them and that in doing so, found my soul puppy.

Bethany and John are amazing breeders!. We spoke to many breeders and picked them. They are best out there! They are in bussiness for the Love of the dogs not the money! They always reply and answer questions. From day 1 all the updates pictures,videos and calls on our Lucy and Desi we didn't miss a moment of them growing.Bethany is a great photographer as well.We requested pictures our babies together so we could make a puppy announcement they were beautiful.We picked up our Lucy and Desi and their farm is amazing they took us on a tour! You really become family. Bethany is also a groomer and helped us get the right clippers and blades for grooming. Each puppy got their own basket of toys blankets,food and treats. We have spoke everyday since we have been home giving updates and asking questions. It took months for us to get the colors we wanted. Others breeders would'nt do that for us. Lucy and Desi are smart and very well socialized and already started potty training. This was the best experience ever! We highly recommend getting your baby from Abundant Joy. Hello! I lost my heart dog in November his name was Hans and he was absolutely perfect! I knew any puppy I would get would have some huge shows to fill. Fast forward a few weeks later and another breeder saw a photo of "Rhett" she said I don't know why but I feel like this boy is meant to be yours! After some back and forth I contacted Bethany . She was so sweet! Easy to talk too and answered my millions of questions. Bethany was also sympathetic to my situation and wanted me to make the right decision. I ended up getting Rhett a week later. He's an absolute dream boat ! Well socialized with a good bit of training . Wonderful demeanor and loves everyone. In fact I loved him so much I reached out to her and scooped up his brothers Atticus and Benedict. Both boys are equally as lovely as Rhett. I never thought in a million years I would have 3 heart dogs . I highly recommend Bethany and her husband as breeders. You won't be disappointed in their dogs

Abundant Joy is truly the best breeder I have ever worked with. It’s apparent she cares about her dogs and wants them to go to loving homes. Her passion for raising dogs is evident with the enthusiasm she has for her dogs and the people purchasing them from her. Her dogs exceeded our expectations in not only looks but in behavior also. She was very flexible in scheduling a time for us to meet- working around the bad weather and our crazy schedule. My only regret is that she doesn’t live closer as I could easily see us being best friends and talking about our dogs for hours over coffee and danish.
